She is beautiful inside and out.
Her memory is astounding, and can tell you stories like no one else.
She loves the color pink.
She would give her shirt off her back to any stranger.
She has a heart for the Lord.
She is Andrew's Nana.
And we celebrated her turning 80 years old this week.
I'm thankful for the impact she has had in Andrew's life. And I'm thankful to call her Nana too.
Happy 80th, Nana!
[Have I mentioned how much I adore old people? Seriously. Adore. They have the most beautiful life stories. And I think their aged skin tells so much about them and what they have been through. And they get life and what is truly important. And if there are ever two old people holding hands, I pretty much die right there.]

What a beautiful woman. Happy Birthday Nana!
I love old people so much that I stop them in the grocery store just to talk to them. I'm sure to embarrass my kiddo(s) someday but it will be out of love. :)
I agree, we ought to remember that more often (at least here in Europe where only young people are sought after in work life) how much experience comes with age and how much wisdom and harmony.
Nana looks like a really wonderful person and it looks like she got a very good birthday celebration!
What a wonderful lady to celebrate . . . my grandparents are and have been my favorite people to look up to in life too.
what a beautiful person to celebrate. i love my nana, and i'm so thankful that the boys get to know her, too. i'm hoping that ezra will grow old enough to remember her before we don't have her anymore. anyway, these pictures are so sweet, and i'm so glad the girls get to hug her and be around her kind presence. what a blessing.
How wonderful it is to celebrate 80 years of life. I adore my grandparents and love watching my girls interact with them.
I LOVE Naomi's dress.
She is beautiful!
When I worked at Subway years ago, there was an older couple who came in every weekend and sat on the same side of the booth to eat. I loved them.
