I'm happy to say, I'm back, linking up with the lovely Morgan over at Mama Loves Papa for Small Style Thursday. Audrey has entered the I'm going to dress how I want stage, which I didn't think started till way later, but apparently two is the new ten. Somedays it's a Snow White costume or a towel on her head as Rapunzel's hair. [Not even kidding. Like a hooded baby towel. She will wear it everywhere too. Like she owns the place in it.] Almost every morning the first thing she wants to do is go to her closest and pick out a dress [she has a lot of dresses, but it is usually one of the four chosen ones.] But yesterday, watch out folks, I had a teeny tiny say in her outfit. Like, I talked her into leggings instead of a dress.
Audrey is wearing:
Jean vest: thrifted
Shirt: H&M
Leggings: Gap
Shoes: TOMS
Hairclip: Zuzii via Etsy
This past week, Naomi got a very early first birthday present in the mail, and I couldn't resist giving it to her. Check out her left arm. See that sweet little bracelet? Audrey received one for her first birthday and now it was Naomi's turn. It is engraved with Naomi Fae, and has a pearl bead on it. Audrey still wears hers, hasn't taken it off for, ahem, almost two years. Talk about high quality! I bought Naomi's from the same store as Audrey's, called Sophie's Closest on Etsy. I wasn't paid or compensated to write about this little store, but I love the bracelets, so I wanted to share.
Naomi is wearing:
Shirt: hand-me-down from Audrey, Old Navy (Don't you just love the lace on the sleeves?!)
Leggings: Misha Lulu
Hair Clip: Zuzii
Big Tush: BumGenius Cloth Diapers

What little fashion divas you have!! Miss Naomi is changing so much!! Your girls are just darling. I enjoy checking your blog each morning at school.. shhhh! :-) You writing about your mama is so special. I just wish I couldve known her...cherish those memories darlin!
"Two is the new ten" haha The first thing Olivia says to me every morning is "I get dressed". I think she's going to be sad when she finds out I'm packing away her sundresses and swim suit. I love leggings on girls in the fall. I adore the sleeves of Naomi's shirt. So sweet.
Oh so sweet! One of these days Ivy has to get some Toms!
Steph
denim vests, striped pants... polka dot shirts... love it all!
Good luck with the continuing saga of house hunting/selling!
Mel ;o)
needle and nest design.
oh my goodness, your girls are adorable, and I would love their clothes in my size please! yes, love the lace sleeves.
Very cute! Love her Audrey's leggings... and her Toms! :)
The bracelet is beautiful!
P.S. Ivy is wearing one of your skirts in my post today!
Steph
They are darling! Love Audrey's colorful leggings and Naomi's shirt is so darn sweet!
Thanks for including the info about the girls' bracelets. Hubs and I were thinking about doing something similar for Q when she turns 1 and I have been meaning to e-mail you about where you got yours :)
Let's start with Audrey....what a little fashionista! I know I've said it before, but she is girl after my own heart! I love the leggings and her love for dresses and I especially LOVE that she wears a towel as Rapunzel's hair. I'm pretty sure it doesn't get any better than that.
As for Naomi, I LOVE her outfit, too! That top is so cute and I love the bracelet! Do they really keep them on on their own or is it stuck on? I must know more (and get Finley one)!
So glad you're linking up today, Abra! Keep us updated on the house thing! xoxo
Love Audrey's outfit. Hair, leggings, jacket, shoes everything. Love Naomi's (cloth diaper) bum too!
What gorgeous little girls.
So nice to see you back in Small Style! We're a bum genius family as well! I love it when I find pants / leggings that are roomy enough to accomodate cloth diapers.
Also - super nervous about the "i'm going to dress myself" stage.
What cuties! I love those stripey leggings.
How you even find time to blog with two that little is beyond me! I loved "two is the next ten". My daughter is 12 and apparently "twelve is the next twenty". Yes friend, it does not get any better!
Your gals are sooo cute! I love those little leggings & that bracelet is adorable. My girl had a bangle she wore when she was little. It was precious!
Hope you have a fantastic LONG weekend.
So cute! I think I was the same way when I was two- apparently I only agreed to wear one of two things, a plain ugly yellow dress or a denim dress. My older sister begged and bribed me to wear my cuter clothes, but it always ended up being one of the two. That hooded bath towel is too funny!
I am equally excited for fall. I baked my first batch of banana bread last week, and haven't been able to stop thinking about pumpkin bread since. Happy September!
